Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
1. Who we are
Auralendar (the "Service") is operated by Ross & Sons Digital LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. When you use the Service you are entering into an agreement with Ross & Sons Digital LTD.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and, if using the Service on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The Service
Auralendar is a calendar with AI-generated daily inspiration and optional Google Calendar sync. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the Service's security, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware.
- Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
6. AI-generated content
The Service produces AI-generated "inspiration" text. You are responsible for how you use those outputs and for verifying anything important. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice — do not rely on them as such. You must not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs at our discretion.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the events, preferences, and other content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise us to read and write events on the calendar you select, only for the purpose of syncing with Auralendar.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Ross & Sons Digital LTD and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Pricing, payments and billing
Auralendar offers a 14-day free trial, after which certain features are limited unless you make a one-time payment of £1.50 (GBP) to unlock lifetime access. There are no recurring subscription charges.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax collection, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details of how to request a refund.
10. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. On termination, you may lose access to content stored in the Service; we may delete it after a reasonable period.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
